Nomadom Foundation
Supporting young people in discovering themselves and the world
We organise international Erasmus+ youth exchanges, deliver workshops, share information about development opportunities, and help implement social projects.

What does the word "Nomadom" mean?
A nomad, by definition, is a wanderer without a fixed place of residence. For us, however, a nomad is someone who seeks, explores, and experiences - a perfect description for young people discovering themselves and reflecting on who they want to be and where they belong. Our mission is to support them on this journey, creating spaces and opportunities for personal growth. That's why our foundation is called Nomadom - a home (Polish: dom) for nomads, a place for those who are searching.

We connect Nomads
We understand the increasing mobility of young people - whether for studies, work, or as part of a digital nomad lifestyle. Our goal is to build a supportive community that understands their challenges, encourages online engagement, and offers learning mobility opportunities such as volunteering, youth exchanges, and international training. At Nomadom Foundation, you can contribute from anywhere in the world. You'll also have the chance to meet fellow volunteers at our annual gathering, which includes trips and community-building activities.

A few words about us
Nomadom Foundation was established in July 2024 by two young people, Ola and Tomek. Drawing on their experiences in international mobility, volunteering, and educational projects, they created an organisation that holistically supports young people aged 16-30 in their personal and professional development.
Our main areas of focus include:
- Organising and facilitating learning mobility opportunities.
- Sharing information about development programmes and projects.
- Running psycho-educational workshops, mentoring projects, and building a supportive community.
- Promoting curiosity, intercultural understanding, diversity, and tolerance among young people.
Our activities
- Organising and delivering Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses for youth workers.
- Coordinating the participation of Polish youth in international opportunities, such as youth exchanges, training courses, and volunteering projects.
- Conducting workshops in schools, universities, and other educational centres on European programmes and opportunities for development.
- Delivering development and psycho-educational workshops, including mindfulness sessions.
